PORTALS REMIX CONTEST

Creative Juices Music is proud to announce and welcome you to the official Portals Remix Contest! We have received such a strong and positive response to U.G.’s solo album Portals that we wanted our most loyal fans and supporters to collaborate with the CJM family. You obviously have impeccable taste in music, so it’s only right that we keep our eyes and ears open for some of the most talented producers.

We want you to add your touch to one of U.G.’s hand-picked a cappellas and create a brand new sound that will inspire us as much as Portals has inspired you. We have some great prize packages for the winners and a sponsorship with Sun Cycle Limited, one of the most unique brands in urban fashion. Enter the contest with the steps listed below and follow the remix contest rules to maximize your chances of winning the contest

HOW TO ENTER THE REMIX CONTEST

• Use the contest entry boxes at the bottom of this page to follow Creative Juices Music on our social media platforms and sign up for the CJM newsletter.
• You will then receive an email with a download link to the a cappella from U.G.
• Make the illest remix on the planet.
• Upload your entry to your Soundcloud page using these two hashtags: #PortalsRemixContest #CJM2017

REMIX CONTEST RULES

• Deadline for submissions: April 7, 2017 at 11:59pm
• One entry per producer
• All remix contest submissions will be added to a playlist on creativejuicesmusic.com.
• Leave comments, promote your remix submission, and listen to other submissions.
• We encourage all contestants to post your remixes on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram with the two hashtags #PortalsRemixContest #CJM2017

HOW DO I WIN?

• Winners will be announced on April 14, 2017
• First place prize is an exclusive 12-bar verse from U.G. for your project, your remix featured on the next Creative Juices Music mixtape, a featured spotlight on creativejuicesmusic.com, CJM social media sites, and CJM newsletter. In addition, the winner will receive a CJM prize package (CDs & t-shirts) along with a Sun Cycle Limited prize package (hats, hoodie, & accessories)
• Second place prize is a CJM prize pack (CDs and shirts)
• Third and fourth place will each receive a CJM CD and hat from Sun Cycle Limited
• Honorable mention remixes will be posted on the CJM contest page for one month, alongside the winners.
